Misty and murky but we headed off back to Falmouth towing the dinghy. There was some breeze behind us so we just unrolled the genoa and went along nicely into Falmouth. We arrived at around midday and found a free mooring buoy. With a westerly wind it was a lot more comfortable than the last time in the harbour. The intention is to catch a train to London tomorrow to see Thomas, Charlotte and the grandchildren. Just in case we couldn’t find a mooring and had had to anchor Richard booked his ticket at the last minute.
Went ashore, booked in for four nights and wandered around before a fish and chip supper. Packed our bags ready for tomorrow.
