Sunday 27 July to Monday 4 August

Not really anything about sailing as we were pottering about at home and we were disappointed to find our garden dried to a crisp with a few plants lost. We then undertook more babysitting duties as Charlotte and Prem went off to a festival. We looked after Arjan and Prem’s Mum looked after Jiya but we all met up on Sunday afternoon and had supper together which was great fun. We enjoyed reading Jiya a bedtime story before driving home. It was great to meet up with Thomas on the Saturday to do parkrun on Wimbledon Common. No Wombles seen!!

On Monday we caught the train back to Plymouth which was all straightforward. Picked up our service wash and went off to the Dolphin pub, haunt of the artist Beryl Cook (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beryl_Cook), and then bought fish and chips to eat back on Harvard.
