The forecast was for rain and drizzle so whilst it was damp but not really raining, we blew up the dinghy and headed ashore. The first stop was the sailing club for a very welcome shower and then after a coffee we went to the shops and generally mooched around. It was really raining by the time we had done our food shopping so we sheltered back onboard and tried to dry out. Hoping for better weather soon.
In the evening a disco started at the pub across the water and this went on until midnight. Amazed if there won’t be complaints as it was really, really loud.
