First thing we inflated the paddle board and Anne was off for a few circuits of the moorings. We had towed the dinghy from Salcombe so it was available as a rescue boat. No falling in, so no rescue necessary. Very impressive.
Richard decided to postpone his attempt at paddle boarding until later so we had a quick run ashore first. Eventually found the other village pub/post office/shop/café. It is rather eccentric but we stopped for a coffee and picked up a few provisions. Then Richard went out for a long paddle board session (didn’t fall in either) before we both went over to the Ferry Boat Inn for a drink and nibbles and then back onboard for supper.
