Tuesday, 7 May, Loch Aline to Tobermory

After amazing breakfast rolls from the café at the ferry terminal Anne, Tracy and Gwynne went for walk to the head of the loch whilst Richard set about contacting Navionics to try to resolve the chart issues. In the end he managed to make the chart plotter to work properly but we are still not really sure what the problem was or even still is.

The others really enjoyed their walk to Ardtornish House and gardens and we set off towards Tobermory in initially no wind that gradually built until we had a nice sail. It was beating all the way but not as strong as the day before so we could carry full sail and make good speed.

Arrived in Tobermory without problems and found a space on the visitor pontoons which were quiet this early in the season. After tidying up on Harvard we had a wander around town and then had fish and chips onboard to round off a good day.
