As the weather looked reasonable Gwynne and Tracy decided to take a boat trip to Staffa and the Treshnish Isles to visit Fingal’s Cave and see the puffins. A successful trip with some great photographs.
Richard and Anne walked around town and visited the community art centre and café for the obligatory coffee and cake!!! Then in the afternoon it was a walk out to the Ardmore Point lighthouse at the north end of Mull. By this time the next wave of wet weather was due to arrive but at least this made for some spectacular skies.
By the time we all met back in town it had really started to rain but undeterred we went out for a nice meal at a local restaurant. The food was good and we were not really surprised that the one waiter come manager who was run off his feet was a little grumpy!!! Still a nice evening out and meant we were ready to move on tomorrow.
